Curso defensa personal

El pasado 26 de Febrero disfrutamos de una magnífica clase de Defensa Personal  impartido por Jorge Manzano el IES Asta Reguia de Jerez (Cádiz) gracias a la gran participación del alumnado.Corta se hicieron esas 3 horas de entreno en un inmejorable ambiente en el que estuvimos. Gracias por el interés mostrado tanto a profesores como alumnos
